Keshav first worked with me as my fitness trainer when I was preparing to hike Mount Kilimanjaro (2018) and in that time I was very impressed with his depth of knowledge and commitment. So when he told me about his nutrition plan I could not wait to try it! I wanted a nutrition plan to help me not just lose weight but also to maintain it over the long term, and this just fit the bill. You could tell that the meal plan was carefully thought taking in consideration a good balance of all nutrients. What I liked best about it was that it did not exclude any types of food. It was very easy to follow as I could find the ingredients in any grocery store. The meals were also easy to make and preparation time was short. Absolutely loved it!
